The Animal House at GMIPSR provides a controlled, ethical, and strictly monitored environment for the housing and care of laboratory animals used for academic training and preclinical research.
Our facility is designed and maintained as per CPCSEA guidelines with CPCSEA Registration No 2382/PO/Re/S/2026/CCSEA under strict hygienic, temperature, and humidity conditions to ensure animal welfare and scientific research reliability.
Animal Care
Animals are handled with utmost care and maintained under humane, ethical veterinary conditions.
Controlled Environment
The animal facility is monitored 24/7, with temperature maintained at 18–29°C, relative humidity at 30–70%, and 100% fresh-air exchange through automated ventilation.
Health Monitoring
Regular health check-ups and expert veterinary supervision ensure the well-being of all animals.
